1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will dispatch the replacement product.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original product. The shipping cost for the replacement product will be covered by us.
